Birchills Automotive Presswork Limited encompass the complete manufacturing cycle from rapid prototypes to main stream production, manufacturing both traditional metal pressing and cosmetic/aesthetic components/products in low, medium and high volumes with production methods and tooling to suit.
Our capacity ranges from 30 Tonne to 160 Tonne both mechanical and hydraulic presses

Utilizing its large presswork capabilities and upgrading its shearing capacity up to 25mm it can cut virtually any size and has the capability to produce special washers for rapid turnaround from its large in house steel stocks.
